Squash Corn Bread
Here's a Rachael Recipe for you. Can't wait to try!
What you need:
1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 eggs
2 pounds yellow squash, sliced
1 onion
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 stick softened butter
What you need to do:
Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9x12 pan and bake at 425 for length of time it says on box.
